Free Hypnotic Relaxation Audio Recordings:

If you have never experienced hypnosis or hypnotherapy before, it can be difficult to imagine what it might feel like. You can access free recordings courtesy of the British Society of Clinical and Academic Hypnosis (BSCAH) where you can experience a hypnotic relaxation. These recording are all donated by healthcare professionals to help people going through a stressful time. They are not gut symptom specific, but you may find them helpful for general stress or anxiety that you are experiencing and to give you an idea of what it feels like to be in a state of hypnosis. You can find these recordings on the BSCAH website
