Course 5 starting June 2026 (with Hannah): Individual session dates and times can be arranged to suit you
An introductory session and 7 sessions of gut directed hypnotherapy for £660 (subject to availability)

The Course:
The course will consist of 8 sessions over 3 months. Session one is an introduction session. The remaining sessions follow a scripted gut-focused course using the North Carolina Protocol.
The sessions run in groups of up to 6 people.
You will not be expected to discuss your symptoms or converse with other group members of the group if you prefer not to.
To take part in a course you will need:
To be able to sit or lie somewhere comfortable and quiet where you won’t be disturbed.
To sit in a high backed chair or on a sofa or bed with head support.
To have your camera on and microphone switched off during the hypnotherapy.
To position your laptop/tablet/phone so that we can see you from your head to waist.
To have a good WIFI connection.
How often will I need to practice?
You will be sent a link to a 15 minute recording to practice with after the second session.
You should be prepared to practice with the recording at least 5 times a week between each session.
Can I still benefit from the course if I find it difficult to visualise?
Yes, your other senses (sound, smell, and touch) are also used during sessions, so it is not essential for you to be good at visualisation.
Can I join the course if I struggle with severe depression?
The course is suitable if you have mild depression but not if the depression is severe. If you are receiving therapy from a mental health professional, we would ask you to check with them whether they feel that hypnotherapy is suitable for you.
The course is not suitable if you have experienced psychosis in the past or are suffering with dementia.
You are welcome to contact us to discuss this further if needed.
What if I cannot attend all the dates listed on one course?
If you know you cannot attend one or two of the session dates on your chosen course, you may be able to attend those sessions on another course instead, if there is space available. Please inform us when booking and we will let you know if this is possible. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your options further.
Is the course suitable if I am neurodivergent?
Yes, it will most likely still be suitable but this depends on the person. Therefore we ask you to let us know (there is option to do so on the booking form) so that we can discuss this further with you.
If the above dates and times are not suitable for you, please let us know here. Your feedback will help us plan our next courses
